Our Wine


We produce a Jurançon made from 100% Petit Manseng, fermented exclusively with its native yeasts and aged in barrels for a year. In addition to the development of the aromas of the terroir, our quest is to create the perfect balance between alcohol, sugar and acidity which is magic and uniqueness of Jurançon.

Our wine pairs wonderfully with foie gras, white meat cooked in sauce, sheep cheeses but also with Indian curries or spicy exotic dishes. Not to mention aperitifs with family or friends.
